To officially register for the course, you must complete a Registration Form. Once a deposit has been made, a "Welcome Letter," which contains your registered course dates, housing check-in information (if housing is requested), and your account balance, will then be mailed to your address on the application within 7-10 business days. Please note, that if you submit only an application for attendance, this alone will NOT hold your spot for an up coming class. If this letter is not received by you within 7-10 days of our receipt of your application and deposit, please do not hesitate to contact us. This letter is your confirmation of registration.
Payments can be made by check (money orders, cashier checks also welcome) or credit card (Discover credit cards not accepted), with checks payable to the PASS Program South. You will receive your housing assignment on your day of arrival.
When you fill out an online application, an administrative assistant will contact you within 2-3 business days to confirm your registration and collect your payment information. We will answer any additional questions at this time. All credit card refunds will be charged a 5% processing fee. No refund once lecture starts on first day of class. If you have to leave early, a credit will be placed on your account for a future return.
Financial Aid is NOW available through Mercantile Bank of St. Augustine Beach
To down load the application, click on the link to the right and print it out. Fax the application directly to the bank, (904) 829-9358. You will get a reply with 24hrs of a business day.
The following criteria must be met in order to qualify:
Reside in Florida, Georgia or Lousiana
Minimum credit score 650
Proof of income
If you do not meet the above criteria, you must have a co-signer for the loan who meets the above criteria.
The loans have been set-up to be unsecured, and the intrest rates range form 9- 18% based on credit/dept ratio. If you are turned down for the loan, the bank will contact you with other ways to obtain funding for the course.
Remember: Mercantile Bank will notify you and PASS Program South of your approval. From that point forward, your spot is held for your arrival. Shortly after, you will receive a "Welcome" package listing time schedules of the course and housing.
