Florida housing is located about 10 miles from the PASS Program South Center. A lot of time and energy was placed into choosing just the right location for the students to reside. The units range from 4BR/3B to 3BR/2B. Student will be placed randomly in housing with separation of the genders. We also have 10 additional rooms for students wishing to extend beyond the 4 week program. Students who register for tutoring post course will have priority over a student just wanting to say in housing to self-study. Once the apartments are filled, students will have to wait until the following month to obtain housing through the PASS Program South. Students may extend a maximum of 4 week for self-study in housing only post course if space is available.

Each unit if fully furnished with a Security System, Washer/Dryer in each unit, Business Center, Clubhouse, Pool table, Snack bar with Theatre, Sparking Pool and Jacuzzi, High speed Internet, Volleyball Court, Huge Fitness Center, Yoga room, Tennis court, Gated Community, Utilities included.
Shuttle service is offered from housing to the center and back for thoes students needing transportation. Shuttle departs 7:00am from housing and leaves the PASS South Center at 5:00pm and 8:00 pm.
